As far as I know, this change happened MONTHS ago! Only upon hitting reload, do they disappear. why do these companies screw around with standards?.. A Chrome forum moderator that goes by Sarjoor wrote that the problem is a "known UI issue" that developers are working on. The scrollbar arrow feature is minimally invasive and hardly noticeable if you do not use them. But it's dead, now (or at least soon will be).
