I guess they don't work with that, since changing it to my DOMAIN\Administrator account, all my GPOs applied properly. I want to able, in a troubleshooting scenario, to disable any GPOs I created and return the behavior of the product back to the "stock" behavior. If you delete that shortcut and then run a GPUpdate, then it reappears (and with the new shortcut info).
