It has a 500 GB drive as its system/boot drive (C:\, on SATA Port 1), and two 1 TB drives as secondary/storage drives (D:\ and E:\ on SATA Port 2 and If you do, please tell me. What happened? I use my docking station & USB enclosure primarily for backups, but also use it for some of the other reasons stated above.

I would like to recommend using SeaTools for DOS when testing internal drives. And I was so hoping you had found a fix. I originally believed the cause was my SSD (120GB Vertex 3) but after replacing it with a 128GB 840 Pro, similar issues remain. There are no error messages, or anything of that sort. CrystalDisk is saying it's having problems, SeaTools says it's fine. Then reboot the computer into normal mode. Press Start > type cmd in the search box.

The time now is 02:33 AM. I didn't realize this at first and was just happy to get my drives back after booting an Ubunto LiveCD then rebooting into Windows 7. Welcome to OCF! This has to be a problem with either the MB or the HDD, right?
